Yes. Our team (120 of us) partners with multiple reputable international brands and nurtures a recurring customer base, generating over S$110k/month team-wide revenue in Q2 2025. Most are based in Singapore, with some based in Malaysia and other countries (building the business locally or remotely). We're expanding in Singapore & Malaysia.

For fairness and meritocracy, we operate on a performance-based compensation plan, not a position-based one. This means you can earn more than your team leaders or those who joined this team before you. This can happen because we are paid on a few metrics:

- How much products you are able to move to the market

- How much products your team/network is able to move to the market

- How many teammates/partners you are directly guiding in the business

Ongoing training and 1:1 guidance will be provided to equip you in this journey.

Since we focus on client satisfaction & retention, we find that partners' client bases tend to be recurring and thus the need for active involvement is reduced over time. Also, as partners in your team are trained to build the business with the right mindset and skills, they will be gradually more independent. These allow you to earn passive income over the months.

A prudent question. No – and earning from opportunity does not require you to spend any money. The main investment is your spare time and effort.
